The Church of Nativity

The Kastrop Group is delighted to have been chosen for several restoration and remodel projects for this 1872 Menlo Park landmark.

The first project involved an extensive restoration of the church for the celebration of its 125th anniversary. We were asked to update the design of the foundation, wall and roof framing, electrical and HVAC systems, install a sprinkler system, create custom designs for handrails and outdoor paving, and make the facility ADA accessible. We were also asked to oversee the restoration of the beautiful altars, pews, flooring, walls, artwork and stained glass windows. The thoughtful construction process allowed the church to stay open for three services a day.
